Gorgon Sound – Rise EP (Peng Sound Records) [PENGSOUND003]

The soundsystem culture is once again revived with this new 4 track EP from the collaboration of Young Echo member Kahn and fellow dubber Neek, under their productive partnership ‘Gorgon Sound’.

After their first vinyl release last year, ‘Find Jah Way’, the bristol based Peng Sound label has once again brought to dubplates two traditional 12″ vinyls in a stamped gatefold sleeve, staying true to the tradition of reggae bass, infused with a  new wave of UK dub and steppas music. The EP features guest vocals from Junior Dread and Guy Calhoun, providing strong support for Gorgon Sounds’ future reputation; we are expecting great things.
