DJ Spookz – Bring The Beat Back (No Hats No Hoods)

No Hats No Hoots are back with the debut EP from DJ Spookz, a 23 year old producer from Essex. Spookz delivers a hard hitting collection of dancefloor bangers encapsulating elements of 2-step, grime, dubstep, rave and house.
‘Bring The Beat Back’ sets the tone for the EP, piecing together elements of grime and rave with its intense rhythms and vocal stabs. ‘Sweet Love’ continues the focus on rave with signature chord stabs over a shuffling beat. ‘Fate’ nods to grime with its in-your-face rhythm and grimey bass, while the swinging 4×4 beat of ‘Hold It’ jumps between house music and 2-step’s skittering beats.
Spookz is an active DJ with a show on London’s Flex FM and support for his music comes from Jackmaster, Bok Bok, Marcus Nasty, Firing Squad, MA1 and Score 5.
